One year....

Time flies. It really does. Other Moms always said this too me, but i guess you really dont know until you expierence it! My baby is ONE! I just cannot believe its been a year. It feels like yesterday we were in the hospital holding our little newborn. (im trying not to cry) tear...tear...

Its been such a wonderful year. Kyle and I have grown up so much. Being a parent is such a JOY. Being Abby Grace's Mommy is such JOY.  She is one special and loved baby. That is for sure. I thank God for her!!!! And I am so thankful for each person in her life that loves her so very much.  She will always be loved! And I couldnt ask for anything more.  I also couldnt have asked for a better husband/daddy to go thru this journey with. He is such a HUGE help, and loves his baby girl. Thank you Lord, Thank you!!!!

2 years

2 years.......
We've officially been married 2 whole years. WOW. It really has been the greatest 2 years ever. We both have grown so much and continue to learn things about each other! Even after being together 7.5 years, we are still learning! At this point, we get excited when we learn something new! I really just feel so blessed to have him as my husband. He is a hard worker, helps around the house, can fix ANYTHING, and i mean anything. And once he starts a project, well you better forget about anything else, because once that man sets his mind on something... its DONE! :) But i love it!

And in the past 10 months... Ive watched him grow into the most loving, carings, protective Father. Its been so beautiful. I really believe since Ive had such "issues" with my father growing up, I really just value and hold close that relationship him and Abby Grace share. She adores her daddy, and he adores her. Its such a magical thing to watch.

We are just so so blessed. Thank you Lord for giving me such a beautiful life, with such a beautiful family! I dont deserve ANY of it! Thank you, thank you!

Ive defitely realized how much we take health for granted this weekend. While having a house full of sickys and parents and inlaws sick as well, i am thankful for health. It is HARD being a sick mom taking care of a sick baby and sick husband! But it really has taught me a HUGE lesson, dont take health for granted. WE are so blessed. More than we could ever know. And I couldnt help but think everytime i was about to complain, at least i have all my family here and alive. This is a dark dark world, that needs a whole lot of Jesus. I am so thankful Jesus never gives up on us. Time and time again he takes me back into his arms and forgives me for all of my sins. Thank you Jesus for second chances, and thirds, and fourths. Thank you for HEALTH. Thank you for life! Thankful this Christmas season, its not about gifts and shopping, but about a SAVIOR being born. Happy Birthday to our sweet sweet Savior. Thank you for setting me free!

sweet sweet Abby Grace!

We cannot believe that it has been 5 MONTHS since our baby girl was born! Oh my goodness, how time flies.  It has been a beautiful 5 months. Abby Grace has blessed us so much more than we could have ever imagined. She has rocked our world and we are so thankful God blessed us with such a beautiful, precious, sweet little girl.

I never thought i could love, laugh, worry, cry, freak out, and be so overjoyed all in 5 months. I have never loved and worried about something so much in my life as i have about this baby girl! And I know it has just begun! Kyle and I are fully prepared to be on our knees nonstop. I have so many hopes and dreams for this baby girl. We will be praying for her constantly. I am so thankful I have such a Godly Husband who supports me.

So much has happened in the past 5 months! Abby Grace ( yes we are calling her Abby Grace not just "Abby") has grown up so much! She has got her ears pierced, rolled over, ate homemade baby food, and even went to the beach for the first time! We have had so much fun!

We are so thankful for all of our amazing family and friends! Yall are amazing and we love you!

ahhh new love. you get that butterfly, giddy feeling in your tummy everytime you see that "new" love.  you cant get enough, you cant think of anything else! Its a scary over the top, happy, unconditional LOVE.

Is she not the BEST thing EVER?!?

Kyle and I have been blessed with one beautiful little girl.  Friday morning at 8:10 on March 2, 2012 my life completely changed. We brought a little miracle into this BIG world. That moment will definitely go down as one of the most amazing moments of my life. It was beautiful. And every moment since then has been beautiful! Well ok maybe not every moment, but I wouldnt trade any of the crying, lack of sleep, and pospartom craziness for nothing!

I really was blessed and i mean BLESSED with a absolute perfect pregnancy. I defitely do not take that for granted AT ALL! I also was double blessed with a perfect, short labor and delivery.  I think the Lord knew I am way to much of a baby to have anything more than that! Ill defitely post my labor story on a future post. For now ill just leave you with a few pictures of my sweet angel.   Did I mention Im in love?!?!?



its been a while..

WOW! Its been several months since i last blogged! Oops! We have been so super busy with our sweet Abby Grace on the way! We've had 4 showers with one left to go on Sat! Can you say BLESSED?!? We have been so so blessed with so many beautiful things for our sweet girl! GOD IS GOOD!!! With all of our showers it has been a bit overwhelming putting all of the amazing stuff away! I have to show you some pics from my showers!  :)

Kyle and I are so excited about becoming parents! We cant wait to meet our little girl. I pray for her daily and the woman she will one day become. I pray she is a loving, caring, compassionate woman! I pray she has a heart for God and for others. Kyle and I have a whole lot of on our faces praying to do! We are so blessed with so many wonderful people who love us and cant wait to meet Abigail!  We love you all!!

SO with just over 5 weeks to go... we are SO EXCITED and getting ready for our princess! Im going to share with you a few more of my favorite pics! :)
